2009: He helped Brainiac rebuild himself and escape of Earth-50 with parts from his Brainiac Spacecraft. In exchange Cyborg Superman is growing in power and learning about the Justice Lords and learning to hate them in the process. He was destroyed by the combining efforts of the Justice Lords and the Justice Reserve. The final blow was given by Batman, Martian Manhunter and Green Lantern. This event is known as Cyborg-Superman-Brainiac.
2009: Lord Superman and Hal Jordan form a temporary alliance with Terra-Man, Lobo and the crew of the starship Flaming Ghoul under the command of captain Romi’r to fight a creature Cyborg Superman that tried to take control of the ship and use it as an extension of his body. They were able to trow him into his teleport beam. The event is known as The Flaming Ghoul.
After Lord Superman reported that he found the Cyborg Superman in space, Lord Martian Manhunter and Lord Batman theorized that the essence of the creature was able to teleport away before his body was disintegrated by Lord Green Lantern because he was touching the Brainiac’s teleportation console.
2010: DNA evidence retrieved from a fragment of Cyborg Superman’s cybernetic skull was studied using Kryptonian labs and information retrieved from Zor-El’s computer logs identifies him as a brainwashed Cyborg Superman.
